  • Delivery of items will vary depending on your location.

    Within Canada: Three (3) to five (5) business days from shipped date.

    To the U.S.A.: Up to seven (7) business days from shipped date. This can vary pending customs/duties.

    Internationally: Up to 14 business days from shipped date. This can vary pending customs/duties.

  • Yes, we do! If you’re in the Edmonton, Alberta area and would like to pick up your order, please use the checkbox indicating local pickup when you checkout and purchase your items.

  • We are pleased to offer you in-person shopping through our mini storefront within Unite. You can also find select products at various local retailers. Please check out our list of retailers for more information.

  • Yes, we sure do! Generally, we require two weeks to complete custom orders; however, depending on the time of year more time may be required to complete an order. Please email us at hello@shopsoela.com to discuss your custom order and receive a quote.

  • Not currently. We are working on finding better options for custom mugs.

  • No, our products are not made with vinyl. We work with local family businesses to screenprint all our designs to ensure quality and durability.

  • Most of our mugs are microwavable! Only the mugs printed with 24K gold ink are not. You can find these details listed on each mug's product page.

Processing time

The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. Current processing times are 2-3 business days. Should you need confirmation on processing time of a specific item, please contact us at hello@shopsoela.com.

Generally So Ela ships via Canada Post. Once the merchandise has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. If you wish to ensure your order is tracked, please contact us at hello@shopsoela.com and we’ll happily provide you with an alternate shipping option.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Local Customers

For customers residing in the Edmonton, Alberta area that would like to pick up their order please select Local Pickup as your shipping option. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with pick up details.

returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 10 days of pick up or delivery at hello@shopsoela.com for return or exchange of the merchandise. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations.
