The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typically items are shipped within 2 business days. Should you need confirmation on processing time of a specific item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Generally Love Plus Design ships via Canada Post. Once the merchandise has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. If you wish to ensure your order is tracked, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll happily provide you with an alternate shipping option.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
For customers residing in the Edmonton, Alberta area that would like to pick up their order please select Local Pickup as your shipping option. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with pick up details.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may contact us within 10 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org for return or exchange of the merchandise. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the merchandise is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations.
